Customer-info (part of e-Active) uses cookies to optimize and improve the user experience on our websites. In this way we can better tailor our services to our users. Cookies are small text files that are placed on the hard disk of a device. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website can be transferred to secure e-Active servers. With the help of cookies, users can be recognized and preferences can be saved.

There are roughly three types of cookies; functional cookies, analytics cookies and advertising cookies. Functional cookies are used to improve or facilitate the log-in and navigation of the e-Active websites. In addition, functional cookies also remember your settings and/or preferences when using our websites.

We use cross-site tracking Google Analytics and Hotjar cookies to analyse the usage of our websites. Furthermore we use Google AdSense advertising cookies to make sure that you see ads that are adapted to your interests.

e-Active informs the visitors of its website of the use of cookies. The visitor can then decide for himself how the cookies should be handled. The browser can be set to not allow cookies, or partially. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some features and services on our and other websites may not function properly if cookies are disabled in your browser.
